TIP147 Transistor PNP Darlington 100V 10A

The TIP145, TIP146 and TIP147 are 100V 10A 125W Silicon Epitaxial-Base PNP power transistors in monolithic Darlington configuration, mounted in TO-218 Package. They are intented for use in power linear and switching applications. The complementary NPN types are TIP140, TIP141 and TIP142 respectively.
