The 2SC2328 2SC 2328 C2328 NPN 30V 1A Low Power NPN Transistors TO-92L Package Bipolar Transistor Silicon Epitaxial Type Transistors. 2SC2383 is a TO-92L NPN transistor (TO-92L package has slightly bigger height as compare to TO-92 transistor package). The transistor is having quite interesting features. Although it is built to use in color TV vertical output and its audio circuitry but its specs makes it ideal to use in many other applications. It can be used for switching and amplification applications. The transistor is capable to drive up to 1A of load when used as a switch.
Moreover the max dc current gain of 320 and collector dissipation of 0.9 watt also makes it a good transistor to use in audio amplifier stages and also as a separate amplifier to drive a small speaker. With maximum transition frequency is 100MHz this transistor can also perform well in RF circuits of upto 100MHz frequency.
