TIP132 NPN Power Darlington Transistor

The TIP132TIP-132 132 is a 100V 8A 70W silicon Epitaxial-Base NPN Darlington Power Transistor in monolithic Darlington configuration, mounted in Jedec TO-220 plastic package. It is intented for use in power linear and switching applications. The complementary PNP type is TIP135-TIP137.
