MQ-131 Ozone Gas Detection Sensor Module

The MQ131 Gas Sensor Module is manufactured with materials that are sensitive to ozone. In the presence of the ozone gas, the sensor’s conductivity is more higher along with the gas concentration rising. Please use a simple electro circuit, Convert the change of conductivity to correspond output signal of gas concentration. It is also sensitive to O3 CL2, NO2.
